Getting started is as easy as uploading the client module to your website and providing your customers a link to access it. This can be in the form of a button on a web page, a hotlink in an Ebay listing, printed on your business cards, included in a business document (Powerpoint, Word, PDF, Excel) or virtually anywhere else you would display a URL. The bottom line is, no matter how they get there, your clients are provided with a simple, engaging and personable way to get in touch with a live representative. Increased in-house Efficiency
The representative module is offered as a standalone desktop application, as well as a web version that can be accessed via your favorite browser. In addition to the live chat and video/audio features for client communication, representatives can also interact with each other behind the scenes. This collaborative support environment allows representatives to draw upon each other’s knowledge immediately, increasing your organizations ability to provide timely support to your clients while keeping others up-to-date on the call at the same time.

evoSupport administration offers logging of all support calls, tracking who talked to who and when. All clients that log in are reported to the database, so even if a representative was unable to assist them, you will know about it and take appropriate action.

Customization
STi also offers the option to fully or partially customize the user interface.
